Wait First and Secondly

We're entering into the last few moments of this All Day Praise and Worship to remember the work of the cross done by the Lord Yeshua Messiah millennia ago. Truthfully speaking, though I was given but a few watches to worship on I enjoyed them all the same because on each occasion Yahweh was doing such a mighty work in and through each and every one present here for this 24 hour event, from Semarak, GP itself, and also CRC. I've really enjoyed this time that we can spend just being still and allow Elohim to do a mighty work indeed.

Throughout the last few days the Holy Spirit has been personally speaking to me about the importance of being still. Because many times we think we can do many things and while we are empowered to do so without the real leading of the Spirit which comes by Him taking over the situation by us being still, the situation turns sour or contrary to what we first believed. Many times our plans, our desires come to nothing simply because we do not spend enough time to wait for the empowering action of Yahweh to take over us completely.

[Job 20:20] Surely he shall not feel quietness in his belly, he shall not save of that which he desired.

What do I mean? Well, many times we believe we have been given the plans and purposes which the Lord Yeshua has purposes to give to us in our due times and seasons through our waiting and being still for him. But immediately we spring into action forgetting that just as we were patient to wait for the will of Yahweh to be revealed to us in that time we also need to wait and be still until the empowerment to do said will by comes upon us as well.

[Phi 2:13] For it is Elohim which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.

Through what the Holy Spirit has been revealing to me He has shown that not many people have the capacity to wait for Him whether it be years, months, days, even hours. He has waited for us for many years to come to Him and yet we are so eager to do His will forgetting that He alone is the One Who will give us the desire as well as the execution of it through us. We are called to wait upon Him as a servant of a house waits upon the hands of the master to give to Him whatever He pleases any time of the day. The only criteria is that he be found waiting upon him. Such is the case for us.

[Psa 46:10] Be still, and know that I am Elohim: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

[Isa 30:15-16] For thus saith the Lord YAHWEH, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not. But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.

[Isa 30:18] And therefore will the YAHWEH wait, that He may be gracious unto you, and therefore will He be exalted, that He may have mercy upon you: for YAHWEH is an Elohim of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for Him.

Everyone had to wait, including the Lord Yeshua. Though He knew the plan and eternal purpose of the Spirit was to be offered up in due time at the cross of Calvary He had to wait for 33 years until the Holy Spirit Himself offered the Lord up as a sacrifice for our propitiation of all our sins. Not He Himself but the Holy Spirit within Him Who did the work so how can we be expected to do any more than that?

[Heb 9:14-15] How much more shall the blood of Messiah, Who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to Elohim, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living Elohim? And for this cause He is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

He became our example and the our great High Priest because He Himself trusted Yahweh that as He was the One Who gave Him the purpose to die on the cross He too by the Spirit would fulfil it through Him and not He Himself.

So even us here now. As we continue to abide in the house and the presence of Yahweh He desires that we learn to be still and allow Him to do as He please when He please and not we ourselves. Because then will He be exalted over the nations and over all the earth as He should be. Besides, the works itself shall testify whether what we are doing is of the will of Yahweh or not. Even if it is the will of Yahweh it can despoil as quickly as it came to us because of our hastiness to perform it. Abraham paid the cause for that with Ishmael. Saul paid the price of his kingship and the nation of Israel because of it.

[Pro 20:21] An inheritance may be gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end thereof shall not be blessed.

[Jer 14:10] Thus saith the YAHWEH unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander, they have not refrained their feet, therefore the YAHWEH doth not accept them; He will now remember their iniquity, and visit their sins.

When we have received a plan, a course, or even a saying from Yahweh do we pause and linger until He Himself gives us the green light to continue on or do we just go? We will then see whose words shall stand. When we receive something driven from Yahweh that does not mean the time to wait has come to an end, more so it has merely begun.

Inner Sanctum

It was a wonderful time that I was able to spend at Glory Place Petaling Jaya for this past few days. I applied some days off so that I may fast and seek Yahweh there and praise Yahweh that I was able to do that and accomplish much more as well.

Not to write too much now but during my entire stay there for the past few days I was able to catch up on my Bible reading and to just spend my time waiting upon Yahweh and receiving from Him. It was such a lovely place to be able to spend time and just be alone with Elohim and myself, of course David Huan was there with me though and his company was greatly appreciated. Needless to say I thoroughly enjoyed the past few days just resting there and reading the Bible.

While we were there as well we had our own prayer drive around the city on Thursday night and frankly as we were praying and going around I lost my way and nearly headed into Pahang itself from the highway but praise Yahweh that by the leading of His Spirit He led us both back to the right road safe and sound. Even on the way back today after we had our lunch we got lost again and found ourselves on the outskirts into the city but thank Elohim and the Lord Yeshua Messiah that we were able to be redirected back onto the right road once more.

There really isn't anything else to write of as of this moment because that's basically how our time there was spent: resting, waiting upon Yahweh, reading Bible, eating, worshipping albeit not as frequent. It was really such a peaceful and well thought out time to just be still and know that He truly is Elohim of our lives. Praise Yahweh for such an opportunity to be able to spend time like that in Glory Place PJ. Well, back to it then...

Holiness Unto Yahweh

This particular Staff and Helpers Fasting and Prayer was very beneficial to me. Not only did I receive strength to push through the fast so much so that I was able to work slightly, but the breakthrough which I received from Elohim was also one that was very timely and I believe for me especially.

During the fast and pray the Holy Spirit really did such a powerful work of convicting me through and through particularly in the utterance of my mouth and my deeds and actions. His conviction was so strong upon me that whenever we gathered together and the presence of Yahweh came upon us mightily the Holy Spirit would always reveal to me the areas in my life which is lacking Him and all I could do was to repent and turn around from these things. Throughout this there days particularly I found that though I've been given liberty in the Lord Yeshua Messiah yet I've used that liberty as a cloak for vices. Inasmuch as He has revealed to and convicted me of it I must relinquish that liberty once more and be brought under the yoke of the Messiah which He promised to me will be light and easy.

[1Pe 2:16] As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of Elohim

[Rom 6:15-16] What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? Elohim forbid. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

[Rom 6:18] Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

[1Co 7:22] For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Messiah's servant.

[1Co 9:19] For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.

So I realise that in this particular fast and pray the Lord Yeshua is calling me to a deeper level of holiness and so I respond: yes, of course. There is never any other option than to accept what the Lord wants to do in and through someone. And should it be of Yahweh than it will pertain not to the materialistic nature of this world but of the heavenly nature. What I'm saying is that when something is of the will of Yahweh He will bless it not materialistically but rather supernaturally.
[2Pe 1:3-4] According as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Not to say that He does not bless us materially as well which I can testify He does however, there is first and foremost a Divine blessing before a material one in all my experiences. If our walk is only of continuous material blessings and nothing of the Divine then we really have to examine from whom and where are we getting all of these from. He desires above our comfort here on earth to attain to His Divine nature and glory which He has prepared for us, that is first and foremost. But I'm going off tangent.

What I've realised is that my liberty is not being bound up in the love of Messiah but rather a love for pleasure using the name of Messiah and that's a big no-no. Because of that He has revealed to me that I'm not fully experiencing Him to the fullest extent He has enabled me to. So I repent, and now I turn away making a choice and believing in Him to fully carry out and sustain me through whatever the road ahead may take me. Holiness unto Yahweh is not something man is able to accomplish by himself, no one ever has and no one ever will unless the Lord takes over completely.

[Heb 10:14] For by one offering He hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

[1Th 5:23] And the very Elohim of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray Elohim your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Yeshua Messiah.

So which such a strong conviction to once again rededicate myself and my being to the Lord in holiness and righteousness I am truly excited because now it is as though my eyes have been made very clear. As though scales fell from my eyes, my eyes now feel as though it's been made clear like never before. I eagerly look forward to what He intends to do in and through not just me but as I believe each and every one of us to whom He has called to be His own.

[Luk 1:74-75] That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve Him without fear, In holiness and righteousness before Him, all the days of our life.

Praise Yahweh.

Sweetness

So once more we've come to the end of yet another month and I really am amazed at how fast the time just flew. Many peoples are applying leave to seek Yahweh and to fast which leaves little room to manoeuvre but praise Yahweh that at the end of the day the work of Elohim continues not by might, nor by power but by His Spirit He empowers and sustains each and every one of us; both those who are on the field and those taking the watches. The great testimony is that while there is so few of us, the place is yet managed and perhaps at a greater and more consistent pace and the watches though may seem daunting are taken with joy and pleasure and that leaves no room for anything else to enter.

I personally always find it such a pleasure to take the watches because I know that that is the time allotted me to meet with the Lord Yeshua Messiah in His presence and to minister to Him as He does to me. Though sometimes I may come in tired or exhausted, always without fail He will strengthen and refresh me because I realise that that is just what the presence of Yahweh does to someone when they soak themselves continually in it. Even when I don't want to be refreshed He refreshes me still. Praise Yahweh for that.

Anyways, we are about to enter a new month and this time around I find that it is my time to seek Yahweh. Aha! But I have no concern for those who continue because I know that the same Lord is compassionate on all who call upon Him. So I know truly that the Lord Yeshua is and will raise up others besides me to manage and keep His good place until my leave is over. And besides it's only for a few days and not over the course of weeks. In the blink of an eye it will begin and it will be finished Elohim willing. But am I looking forward to that time. For now I think it best we set our sights on what is before us. We may make plans but Yahweh directs the steps of a man. In fact we do not know what tomorrow will even hold, let alone few weeks from now. It's best to focus on today while it is still called today and to set our sights upon the Lord Yeshua, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Praise Him.

Smooth Transition

Another week has passed by and nothing of note has happened as of late. Although perhaps the most pleasing would be that the boys and I were able to complete a full circuit of maintaining the living quarters of Glory Place in approximately a month's time which means that it is not only can be accomplished but also in an acceptable time. Praise Yahweh for that. With the absence of many of our seniors due to fasting and such, there's only so many of us boys but still the work is being done and comfortably too may I add.

Actually that's it from me this week, there's nothing of note to report. All have gone smoothly and as the will of Elohim decreed so. Praise Yahweh for that.

Work Complete

It's been yet another week that has passed by and once more there's nothing really to note of at the moment besides the fact that the Lord Yeshua is truly so good and wonderful even to people such as us. The work around Glory Place is sparse and many but praise Yahweh by His grace and mercy though there be just four of us boys at the moment to manage the entire place it is being managed. By doing little by little here and there the layers upon layers are being maintained and managed properly and the work is progressing at a pace that we are very comfortable with.

Many times the work is very great and if one should look intently they would obviously become concerned since the land is vast and the things needed to be done day after day is ever increasing and changing all the time. Surely if one were to continue looking with physical eyes there will always be something off or something amiss here, there, and everywhere. But when one looks with spiritual eyes one sees the greatest thing of all: the Lord Yeshua. Honestly speaking, there were many times I felt I was about to be overwhelmed with what had to be done to manage the place with as little help as I had but every time Yahweh has always given His Word to deliver and rescue me from all sorts of situations.

[Amo 5:4-5] For thus saith YAHWEH unto the house of Israel, Seek ye Me, and ye shall live: But seek not Bethel, nor enter into Gilgal, and pass not to Beersheba: for Gilgal shall surely go into captivity, and Bethel shall come to nought.

When Yahweh said to seek Him and not the places of Gilgal and Bethel it is actually quite significant and something which the Holy Spirit clarified to me early on. This is to my personal belief, Gilgal represents warfare whereas Bethel represents the house of Yahweh. For Gilgal it was were the children of Israel under Joshua were circumcised once again before they began their wars with the Canaanites and surrounding nations. Bethel of course the place where Jacob anointed the pillar and named the place as the house of Yahweh. And yet Yahweh Himself said to not seek these two places.

I am reminded of my time in the Holy Land where bringing us around one of the tour guides mentioned that this place was where Yeshua did so and so forth. But one thing which he mentioned really stuck to me was that many people get caught up with these incidents that happened in the Bible, these acts but forget completely about the Person Who did them. With that I am reminded of this verse, Yahweh wants the children of Israel to remember more than the places or even the miracles themselves the Miracle Worker firstly. He wants them to seek not the place where His presence is but He Himself as a whole and then it will be well with them.

Likewise so I see for the work handed to me, should I keep looking at the tasks outstanding to be done I would surely just trudge back to my room and perhaps nap the day away to avoid looking into them. But because I see beyond them, I see the Lord Yeshua that gives me strength, power, and anointing not only for myself but for the boys as well. By not overloading the day with so many tasks but giving to each one what they specialise and are able to do well while slowly introducing them to new jobs everything flows really smoothly along by the grace of Yahweh. Because I see the Lord Yeshua the tasks I believe however they are doing He will perfect because He is the Master of His house. And as the Master is able to do all things and wants to do all things, it is our duty to surrender and believe that somehow some way He will and He has not proven me wrong. Praise Yahweh for that.

The Path Ahead

It's been yet another week that's passed by and sure enough all of my previous duties and responsibilities have been reinstated back to me but now with much more room for improvement and growth into it.

Honestly at this moment in time there's not much to write about but the fact that everything that has happened this week only served to show that everything can end as abruptly and suddenly as it first began. There was a death metal band scheduled to perform in Singapore this week and they having landed there already were assured of performing but because we prayed and we took authority over this situation to not let them slide over they were banned by the government to ban as quickly as they had arrived. But on the other side of the coin of course there is warfare as well. Sister Justine inasmuch as she was beginning to recover passed away and went home to the Lord Yeshua.

Everything is happening so quickly that now it is time not to look for other things save to assure our salvation with fear and trembling. To rest our hope in the Messiah and to continue to walk humbly with our Elohim until the very end. This week has just been a reflection of all this and perhaps more so. The time is quickly moving now and everyone can perceive it easily than previous times, therefore it should be time to seek Yahweh while He may still be found and to call upon Him while He is near at hand.

With everyone taking leave either to fast or even to travel overseas shortly I found that the task of maintaining Glory Place doesn't fall on me but instead of man it is now in the hands of the living Elohim to maintain and keep and nurture His house and garden. Through the empowering of His Spirit He gives forth wisdom and strength to the stewards and sons of His house to take over and praise Yahweh that I see that happening. Though there are so few of us handling the farmlands yet there are slowly but surely being maintained not by might, nor by power but by the Spirit of Yahweh. Praise Yahweh for He has taken over.

Now is the time to focus on our walk with the Lord Yeshua. Now is the time to seek for His leading and guidance for His right way. Now is the time to wholly give yourself to Him because if not now then when?
